Being born and raised in the Caribbean, he knows exactly how to please the senses with wonderful, flavorful food. Average tasting food is not an option. Great taste, healthy portions, and reasonable prices helped him to captivate people all over Jacksonville. Marko, professional chef and assistant manager of Spices, is also a native South Floridian by way of Jamaica.
